Minny has managed hundreds of worldwide audits from both the perspectives of a licensor as well as a service provider over the last 15 years.  She has a long-standing interest in compliance management, auditing and other related advisory services for the Asia-Pacific region. She is the authoritative consultant for Greater China compliance audits.  Prior to founding MMF in 2013, Minny was the head of Dolby Laboratories’ global license compliance audit program and an experienced Forensic Manager at KPMG LLP in the United States where she led internal and external professionals performing audit selection, data analysis, customer communication, and settlement negotiation.

Minny’s contract compliance experiences are especially focused in designing and executing successful audit programs that align key performance indicators with company visions and culture.  She has developed a worldwide professional network and expertise in conducting international royalty reviews, channel partner audits, complex forensic data analysis, and fraud investigations of multi-national companies.  Minny is fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese, and English.  She is a Certified Public Accountant in California, United States as well as a Chartered Financial Analyst.  Minny received her dual Masters in Business Administration from Columbia University and University of California, Berkeley and she also holds dual B.S. and B.A. degrees in Business Administration and Economics from University of California, Berkeley.
